The LeFevre Quartet Christmas Concert in Mount Vernon

The LeFevre Quartet is a Southern Gospel male quartet that carries on the century-old LeFevre family singing legacy, with members Mike LeFevre, Joshua Horrell, Daniel Ashmore, and Jordan LeFevre. On Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM, they bring their Season of Love Christmas tour to Sands Springs Baptist Church near Mount Vernon, about fifteen minutes from the property, with free entry.

The quartet

The LeFevre name has been part of Southern Gospel music for generations, and the current quartet keeps that tradition alive with tight four-part harmony and a warm, family-friendly stage presence. A Christmas tour show in a country church is exactly the setting these songs were written for, and the free admission means the whole family can come without planning ahead.

The setting

Sands Springs Baptist Church sits in the countryside between Mount Vernon and the property, a short drive down the county roads that run through Franklin County. A December Sunday evening concert there pairs well with the holiday season in Mount Vernon, which fills the weeks before Christmas with parades, tree lightings, and community gatherings.

The drive from the property

County Road 1070 to the Sands Springs area is about fifteen minutes on paved county roads. For anyone considering the property as a home or weekend retreat, having a free Christmas concert this close, in a church that draws the surrounding community together, says a lot about the neighborhood you would be joining.
